Grateful Dog Bakery Event Schedule for June, 2008

Remember, Grateful Dog Bakery's Rescue Wednesday Campaign.  Each Wednesday, GDB will donate 10% of all sales on that day to a different rescue group.  Be sure to visit the bakery on Wednesdays and do your part in these animal rescue efforts.

Wednesday, June 4th
Rescue Wednesday ! 10% of all sales go to Love-a -Stray Animal Rescue 

Friday, June 6th
Yappy Hour Fiesta! 5-6:30pm. Come meet and mingle with other dog lovers and their canines! Cost $10 per 1 human and 1 leashed dog and includes "Yappetizers" for the Canines, Munchies for the Humans and Beverages for both! Reservations required. Rain Date Friday June 13th. 440-353-1990.

Saturday, June 7th
Puppy/Small Dog Play 1-2pm. Dog Play 2-3pm. Cost $5.00. Vet Records and Reservations Required. 440-353-1990.

Wednesday, June 11th
Rescue Wednesday ! 10% of all sales go to Middleburg Heights Animal Foundation

Saturday, June 14th
Red Cross Canine Certification Course from 2-4pm. Have you ever wondered what you'd do if your dog were injured or choking? This course will teach you what to do in an emergency to keep your dog safe until you are able to get your them to a Vet. Cost $25.00 and includes book and DVD. Reservations Required. 440-353-1990

Friday, June 20th

Spa Day at the Grateful Dog Bakery from Noon-4pm! Calling all Dirty Dogs to a DOG WASH to benefit Canine Companions! Cost $10.00. Also, Nail Trims, Ear & Eye Cleaning, & Teeth brushing ( must provide your own toothbrush) by Designer Doggies. Noon-4:00. Cost $5.00 per service or $12.00 for the works! 440-353-1990 No reservations needed.

Saturday, June 28th
ADOPT-A-THON with Fido's Companion Animal Rescue from 1-4pm. Come meet and greet adorable dogs in need of loving homes! 440-353-1990

Sunday, June 29th
Dog Massage with Pet Kneads from 1-4pm.  This is the perfect way to comfortany dog with arthrtic issues or joint pain. Or, just a wonderful way to relax and soothe any dog!  Cost $15 for 15 mins. or $25 for 1/2 hour.  Reservation required.
