The Grateful Dog Bakery is truly the best…such a gem! I went to the internet to hopefully find a local doggie bakery to order a birthday cake for our Welsh Terrier, Prim, and am so glad I came across The Grateful Dog in North Ridgeville! They offered very quick turnaround on our cake (I could’ve ordered as soon as next-day!), and the online portal offered all kinds of sizes, flavors, and customizations. We went with a peanut butter cake and honey-vanilla frosting. Prim loved it! Fred reached out to me via email the same day I ordered to confirm everything, and was even able to bump up my pickup date at my request. In a world full of chain stores…find yourself a local shop to support! Beyond the birthday cakes, The Grateful Dog also offers a wide variety of homemade, fresh-baked cookies and treats for our furry friends. Very fairly priced, too, I might add. Fred was so very friendly and welcoming when I stopped in to pick up the order. A wonderful experience all around—we will certainly be back! Support local, friends!
