Shipping Policies
SHIPPING INFORMATION - Each item is carefully packed for shipment via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. The majority of our products ship typically within 3-4 business days - delivery within 7-10 business days. We ship orders only in the continental 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii. We cannot ship orders to a PO Box or to a military address.
SHIPPING CHARGES - Our flat rate charge is based on your total purchase, shipped to a single address.

$ 20.01 - $ 74.99 = $9.50
$ 75.00 - $200.00+ = FREE SHIPPING
Shipping charges are taxable in the State of Ohio at a rate of 7%. Outside the state of Ohio, the purchaser is responsible for remitting any additional taxes.
Please make sure that your shipping information is correct. If the order returns to us due to an incorrect address, a second shipping fee will be charged to reship your order to the correct address.
PACKING MATERIALS - As part of our efforts to minimize waste, we reuse and recycle packing and shipping materials.
CANCELLATION POLICY – We require cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. If the order has shipped, you will be responsible, including shipping charges, for returning the merchandise to us for refund.
RETURNS - If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any item* within 30 days of the purchase date. The merchandise must be in new condition, unused, with the original packing and instructions. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, etc., return the original item for refund and place a new order for the new item.
To qualify for a return, you must request authorization. Please contact us atnews@gratefuldogbakery.comand provide the following:
· Name
· Address
· Order #
· Item to be returned
· Reason for return (wrong size, color, etc.)
You will receive a reply by Email with shipping instructions. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Return shipments must be prepaid. C.O.D. returns are not accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by The Grateful Dog Bakery or the item is defective/damaged in shipping. The Grateful Dog Bakery will refund the purchase amount plus shipping charges, or resend the order at no additional charge.
No refund will be given beyond 30 days of the original purchase date.
*ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURN - All baked goods from our bakery are not returnable unless damaged (see below).
DAMAGED ITEMS - All items are inspected and carefully packed for shipment, however, in the rare instance that your order is damaged in shipment, please notify us at news@gratefuldogbakery.com within 10 days of receipt. We will quickly arrange for the return and replacement of your order, including shipping charges.
LOST SHIPMENTS - If you have not received your order within 10 days of the original purchase date, please notify us at news@gratefuldogbakery.com . If your package is lost and there is no confirmation of delivery, we will immediately replace the order.
